Everything was awesome, met every demand, and the staff were very pleasant people from check-in to check-out. The hotel had a very central location practical to reach the parks. I enjoyed the Pakistani cuisine served in the full-service restaurant.

Perfect for exploring Orlando's attractions and hidden gems

This place is super convenient, being just a short distance from awesome spots like Universal Studios and the Orlando International Premium Outlets, so I could easily stroll around all day and check out cool attractions while enjoying a nice pool view from my room; plus, having a full kitchen was great for making breakfast before heading out, but the breakfast voucher system was confusing and could use some clarity for guests.

Friendly staff, friendly hospitality with a well-maintained outdoor swimming pool and a fully equipped kitchen in the suite I booked that made my stay incredibly enjoyable.

There was the free of charge and very good breakfast and we liked the location as well.

Altogether it was good value though. Our room was brand-new and decent sized with a balcony. The hotel had an excellent and unbeatable location minutes away from Slipstream Sculpture.

Fantastic access to Universal, SeaWorld, and dining spots

I loved how close we were to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, both just under 3 km away, which made our trip so much easier; it’s perfect if you're looking to explore Orlando's top attractions. Staying here gave us quick access to amazing dining options like Sharky & Jack's Bar & Grill and Pizza Xtreme, which were just a short walk away. The staff was really friendly and the hotel amenities, like the pool and bar, were enjoyable too, but the room could have been a bit cleaner.

We got a room with a walk-in shower.

The unit was lovely with a great pool view, and having a washer/dryer was a nice touch. the kitchen needed updating—just one coffee mug? Check-in staff felt a bit cold, and breakfast wasn’t worth the extra cost. The pool bar was fun, but pricing was high. Although I appreciated the spaciousness, the maintenance issues, like ants in the kitchen and poor TV reception, detracted from the experience. The walls were thin, making it hard to sleep at times. A solid place, but it could use some improvements to truly shine.

Ideal location a 10-15 minute walk from a popular water park. Spacious and fully functional rooms with jacuzzi tub - good value. Smooth check in and late check out.

While the lift situation was frustrating, I’d definitely choose this place again.

Stunningly beautiful hotel with excellent service and ideal location so close to the parks and off site restaurants, the main attractions in Orlando.
